Letters, numbers and underscore, 4–30 characters. - Admin email
Used for the admin account and password resets. - Your Telegram user ID
Numeric ID (e.g. from @userinfobot). Receives order and payment alerts.

Do I get the source code?
No. You get a hosted, working bot and its admin panel. The package stays private on our servers.
How long does setup take?
Usually a couple of minutes after you submit your details. You can watch each step live.
What happens when my plan ends?
You get a grace period, then the bot is suspended — your data is kept. Renew and it is restored automatically.
What if I reach my user limit?
You are notified before you reach it. Depending on your plan, new users may be paused until you upgrade — existing users keep working.
Can I change my bot token later?
Yes — from the bot's page in your dashboard under Configuration.
